1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") apply to the use of the fuj19 platform and all its services. By accessing the fuj19 website, creating an account, or using any service, you fully agree to these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the fuj19 platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement.

fuj19 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Your continued use will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to use the fuj19 platform. Accounts belonging to minors are not permitted. If such an account is found, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance will be forfeited.

2.2 Account Registration Rules

Each person may open only one account. When opening an account, you must:

• Take responsibility for the security of your own account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

fuj19 has the right to verify your identity at any time to maintain the integrity of the platform. This process may require a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Policy

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at fuj19: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other designated banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

Deposited funds must come from your own account only. Using third-party accounts or unauthorised payment methods is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, this time may increase if identity verification or security checks are required.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Funds earned from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• fuj19 may suspend withdrawals if irregular activity is suspected.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the fuj19 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). For transactions in foreign currencies, applicable exchange rates and additional charges may apply.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at fuj19 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. Unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Each promotional offer can be used only once per account.
• Unusual betting patterns using bonus funds may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• fuj19 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

fuj19's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond. Moving up to higher tiers is possible through regular play.

5 Fair Play Policy

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by fuj19

fuj19 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Non-cooperation with identity verification.
• Long-term inactive accounts (generally more than 12 months).

7.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. The request must be sent to fuj19's support team. It is recommended that you withdraw all eligible balances before closing your account.
